Offices and small businesses
A lot of my regulars are small business owners who just want one person who knows their machines and answers the phone. I service and supply office PCs, sort out the machine that will not boot before an important day, and keep spare used units ready so you are never stuck. Should I repair or replace an old desktop?
Often a cheap SSD and a little more RAM make an old desktop feel new for well under $150. If the board or CPU is the problem on an old machine, a rebuild or a used unit can be better value. I will tell you which.
Can you recover files from a dead PC?
Usually yes. If the drive still spins I can copy your files off it here from $95. If it has a physical fault I will explain the lab option and the price before anything is spent.
Do you service offices on-site?
For offices nearby I can arrange on-site by appointment, but most jobs are faster and cheaper at the bench. WhatsApp me and we will work out what suits.
Do I bring the whole tower or just the CPU?
Just the tower is enough for most repairs. Bring the power cable too. Keep your monitor, keyboard and mouse unless the fault is with them.
